## Required

- Experience in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles
- Track record of speaking at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events
- Create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material
- Willingness to travel significantly across US and Europe
- Passion for developer experience, open source, and AI engineering
- Comfort with ambiguity and independent decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Former software engineer or deeply technical operator who can explain software to experienced developers
- Ability to write code for building, debugging, and maintaining demos or workshop material
- Deep expertise in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools
- Original technical opinions valued by experienced developers
