- Experience with HR functions such as organization development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, or compensation
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, motivational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Willing to work from TelevisaUnivision office in Midtown Manhattan

## Nice to have

- Project management experience
