## Required

- Bachelor's degree (preferably from US/UK/Canada)
- 4+ years of relevant or transferable work experience post-degree
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales or account management with complex deals
- Strong relationship-building and executive engagement skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven experience managing contract renewals and reducing churn

## Nice to have

- SMB sales experience as a foundation
- Technical aptitude and platform knowledge
- Understanding of fleet operations and customer pain points
