- 5+ years in Big 4 and/or large public company SOX and internal audit experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

## Nice to have

- CPA, CIA, or CISA credential
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Ability to influence business process owners and drive organizational change
- Understanding of IT General Controls
- SAP S4 Hana experience
- Experience auditing and using Artificial Intelligence
- Technology industry experience
