- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate common power tools
- Ability to deliver on tight schedules with creative problem-solving
- Valid driver's license for test site vehicle operation
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to production and launch locations
- Ability to clear US government background check for Stennis facility access

## Nice to have

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting with GD&T
- Strong fundamentals in Thermal Fluid Systems and Structures
- Hands-on fabrication experience for complex assemblies
- Understanding of fluid components and ability to develop fluid P&IDs
