## Required

- 5+ years in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or related B2B technical marketing roles
- Strong familiarity with developer tools, modern development workflows, and AI-driven software development
- Proven ownership of end-to-end technical product launches including positioning, enablement, and execution
- Ability to partner with technical teams to define differentiation and translate it into clear, credible narratives
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and complex buying cycles
- Sales enablement expertise: building and maintaining high-impact collateral that scales enterprise deals
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and DevRel teams
- Customer-first mindset, translating feedback into messaging and positioning
- Deep understanding of how modern software is built, shipped, and adopted
- Bias toward action, moving quickly with bold ideas
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

## Nice to have

- Software engineering or software development background
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) in enterprise or strategic account motions
