- Experience managing complex integrated projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with large and small format events, digital advertising campaigns, and marketing services
- Proven ability to build and maintain C-suite client relationships
- Project management expertise and operational efficiency focus
- Understanding of media, journalism, and editorial independence
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Program management across multiple complex projects and timelines
- Ability to interpret campaign data and provide insights
- Leadership and interpersonal skills

## Nice to have
