- 5+ years of customer-facing or forward deployed engineering experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python)

- Ability to lead technical discovery, assess feasibility, and scope work
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and business audiences
- Track record of delivering customer value at scale
