## Required

- 3+ years IT systems administration or IT engineering experience
- SaaS stack administration including Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools
- Okta administration including SSO and SCIM provisioning
- REST APIs and webhook knowledge
- macOS MDM platform experience
- Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
- Clear communication with non-technical users

## Nice to have

- Startup experience
- Experience using coding agents like Claude Code in day-to-day work
- Endpoint security tooling experience
