- 6+ years People Operations, HR, or related generalist experience in fast-growing tech
- HRIS and people systems administration including migrations and data integrity
- US employment compliance knowledge including I-9 requirements and state/federal regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail managing concurrent workstreams
- Comfort with ambiguity and troubleshooting without a playbook
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Payroll processing fluency and partnership with Finance
- Immigration process management and external counsel coordination
- Leave administration experience including federal and state statutory leave laws
- Autonomous operation and influence without direct reports
- Eligible to work in the US
