## Required

- High school diploma or GED plus 520 hours direct AOV or MOV diagnostic test experience, OR associate/bachelor's degree plus 260 hours direct experience, OR completion of Crane's Accelerated Development Program
- Excellent safety and attendance record
- Strong commitment to safety and communication skills
- Current certifications per CRANE Nuclear QAP-2.0
- AOV or MOV ASA training and exam certification
- AOV or MOV ASATPE certification
- AOV or MOV Test Technician certification
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts up to 72 hours per week
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for domestic work orders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to stand or walk 4-6 hours at a time
- Ability to work at heights using fall protection
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in extreme heat over 100 degrees F
- Capable of climbing, balancing, and using hand tools safely

- Mechanical or electrical knowledge
