- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of demonstrated sales experience
- Minimum 5 years in medical device sales
- 3 years selling to interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, or vascular surgery in hospital/cath lab/OR settings for PAD/CLTI patients
- Ability to establish new medical device therapies
- Knowledge of peripheral arterial and venous disease anatomy and pathophysiology
- Ability to support endovascular interventions in cath lab
- Knowledge of wound care management for CLTI patients
- Ability to work in OR, cath lab, or vascular suite settings
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Manage hospital Value Analysis Committee approval processes
- Use Salesforce to manage territory and provide progress updates
- Business acumen across sales, clinical, reimbursement, and training functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift or carry 20+ pounds and wear required personal protective equipment
- Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically with overnight stays
- Extensive computer usage
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, and speaking

## Nice to have

- Experience mentoring and training sales representatives and clinical specialists
- Working knowledge of the reimbursement process
