## Summary

OpenRouter is hiring an IT Manager to establish and run IT operations for their new NYC office and global remote workforce. You'll own everything from networking and physical security to employee hardware support, working directly with minimal process overhead in a fast-moving AI company.

## Required

- Several years of hands-on IT operations experience
- Experience standing up office technology infrastructure including AV, conference rooms, and enterprise networking
- Admin-level proficiency with SSO and MDM on Mac-first environments
- Experience hiring and managing outsourced IT vendors and service providers
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated empathy and responsiveness to end-user needs

## Nice to have

- IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR
- Experience supporting IT operations through M&A
