## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of aerospace or related work experience
- 3+ years of air vehicle design or systems integration experience
- Experience with rapid development or prototyping
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools
- Ability to read and interpret GD&T
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- Experience with vertical lift systems (helicopters, tiltrotors)
- Advanced surfacing and parametric design skills
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (IPDM, Teamcenter)
- Knowledge of design of experiments (DOE)
- Experience with multidisciplinary design optimization (MDAO) tools
