## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years progressive accounts payable experience
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing a team
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced tech, SaaS, or startup environments
- Deep hands-on experience with ERP systems and AP platforms
- Proven ability to lead and scale a team
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Direct experience with Sage Intacct and Coupa
- Experience scaling AP function for SOX compliance or IPO readiness
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CTP
