## Required

- 7+ years consumer financial services compliance experience
- Hands-on FCRA experience at a consumer reporting agency
- Built or materially rebuilt a compliance program from scratch
- Direct experience running dispute and reinvestigation operations
- Strong policy and procedures writing ability
- Ability to perform operational work independently in early-stage environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Currently living in the United States

- JD degree
- CRCM certification
- CIPP-US certification
- CAMS certification
- Experience at a nationwide specialty CRA
- Metro 2 and e-OSCAR fluency
- CFPB examination experience
- State Attorney General inquiry experience
- FCRA litigation experience
