- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or Master's with 3 years experience, or PhD with 0 years experience)
- 3+ years designing and developing electronic hardware products
- Mixed-signal circuit design experience with analog and digital electronics
- Schematic development and PCB design support
- Hands-on lab experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis experience
- Ability to independently execute subsystem designs

## Nice to have

- Precision sensor interfaces and analog front-end design experience
- Low-power electronics or battery-powered device experience
- Communication interface familiarity (SPI, I²C, UART, RF, BLE, optical)
- PCB design tool experience (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, PADS)
- Simulation and analysis tools experience (LTspice, ADS, HyperLynx, MATLAB, Python)
- Product development through qualification and production release experience
