- Five or more years of project scheduling or program planning experience in aerospace, defense, or technically complex environments
- Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience developing logic-driven network schedules
- Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and float analysis
- Experience with schedule baseline development and change control
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple programs with varying contract types
- Analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to lead and mentor junior schedulers
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support EVM and scheduling activities

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting DoD, NASA, or government aerospace programs with full EVM and IBR participation
- Familiarity with other enterprise-level scheduling tools
- Experience integrating MS Project with cost and performance tools like Cobra or wInsight
- Experience tailoring scheduling practices for commercial and agile development programs
- Ability to assess and improve existing planning processes and tools
