- Shift organization from feature-led to outcome-driven product development
- Establish direct, consistent connection to members through observation and research
- Foster user-first culture centered on women, LGBTQ+, and non-monogamous communities
- Set world-class standards for usability, aesthetics, and interaction quality
- Lead effective prioritization and cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering
- Engage hands-on with product and delivery processes to understand technical constraints
- Treat trust, safety, privacy, and respectful interaction as core product responsibilities
- Develop framework for responsible AI use while maintaining member privacy and safety
