## Required

- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, or related engineering field
- 8+ years professional experience developing robotics software or autonomous systems
- Demonstrated tech lead or senior technical owner experience on complex robotics projects
- Proficiency in Python and C++
- Experience with behavior planning frameworks such as behavior trees or state machines
- System-level understanding of motion planning, perception, controls, estimation, and hardware integration
- Experience collaborating across perception, planning, controls, hardware, and product teams
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on robustness and real-world reliability

## Nice to have

- Experience developing manipulation strategies for complex or unstructured environments
- Experience with learned robot skills including imitation learning or reinforcement learning
- Experience deploying and supporting autonomous robots in customer environments
