## Required

- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology, or mathematics
- 2+ years of structural hardware design experience
- Proficiency in fluid, thermal, structural, and mechanical design fundamentals
- Computer Aided Design (CAD) software experience
- GD&T and mechanical drafting experience
- Siemens NX, SOLIDWORKS, or equivalent CAD experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

## Nice to have

- Propulsion component and system design experience
- Thermal protection system or heatshield design experience
- Experience across full product lifecycle from development to production
- Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and ANSYS Workbench experience
