## Required

- 8+ years communications experience at a high-growth technology company with consumer products
- Strong proactive and reactive communications campaign building for diverse audiences
- Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling messaging for everyday users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Media relations and issues management expertise
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

## Nice to have

- Experience in AI, technology policy, trust and safety communications, or user safety
- Background working with researchers, engineers, or product developers
- Track record of crisis communications or managing sensitive public issues
- Experience communicating about emerging or controversial technologies
- Understanding of AI safety, security, or responsible technology ecosystem
