- U.S. Security Clearance eligibility and U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- Engineering background with complex technical programs
- 3+ years program or technical program management experience
- Defense or highly regulated technical environment experience
- Cross-functional team leadership in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of technical scope, cost, schedule, and risk tradeoffs
- Contract and statement of work review experience
- Knowledge of DFARS and government contracting
- ITAR and export control familiarity
- Ability to structure ambiguous situations and execute with limited data
- Attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with different government contract types and Earned Value Management
- Availability for time-sensitive work outside normal hours

## Nice to have

- Startup or growth-stage company experience
- Program recovery or turnaround leadership
- Prior experience as engineer, systems engineer, or technical lead
- Prime contractor or government customer experience
- Embedded software, avionics, or spacecraft systems experience
