- 14+ years of payload design experience in aerospace and commercial airplane programs
- 5+ years using CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and/or DELMIA
- 5+ years on commercial aircraft programs
- Experience with commercial payload systems and interiors (cabin, cockpit, cargo)
- U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- 100% onsite work at Seal Beach, CA location

## Nice to have

- 20+ years in payload design or related aerospace engineering roles with recognized expertise
- Current ODA E-UM, Boeing Designated Expert (BDE), or FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) designation
- Experience leading engineering teams with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical quality
- Experience developing and mentoring engineers
- Experience reviewing and approving Service Bulletins
- Experience creating standardized documentation and processes
