- Strong experience with roller compaction, tablet compression, and film coating processes
- Experience in process scale-up and commercialization of solid oral dosage forms
- Involvement in technology transfer, process validation, and manufacturing support
- Understanding of cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshooting experience with tableting and coating processes in commercial environments
