- Experience delivering training, workshops, conference talks, or mentoring/facilitation
- Ability to present confidently to audiences of 20-200 people
- Fluent English communication

## Nice to have

- Experience building GenAI solutions with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques
- Experience with AI model evaluation or monitoring
- Background in enterprise AI adoption programs
- Teaching experience with non-technical audiences
- Background in security, privacy, or compliance
