## Required

- 5+ years information security experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (applications, networks, servers, storage, cloud)
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53/171, SOC 2, ISO 27001 frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work with export-controlled materials

## Nice to have

- Professional security certification (CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or equivalent)
- Experience in regulated environments with NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or CUI handling
- Experience integrating security into software development lifecycles
- Experience in government-driven security or strict data protection environments
- Prior startup experience
