## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent (or higher education)
- Direct manufacturing or laboratory experience
- Experience or understanding of cleanroom/aseptic environments
- Ability to follow SOPs and GDP
- Work 12-hour night shifts on 2-2-3 rotation

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- BioWorks Certificate or associate's degree
- Previous experience in cGMP environment
- Understanding of process automation and software systems like DeltaV or LIMS
- Previous pipetting experience
