## Required

- 10+ years of technical program management experience
- 7+ years directly managing TPMs
- Experience building or leading TPM teams or functions
- Track record scaling TPM teams in fast-growing environments
- Hands-on experience with physical and software infrastructure (datacenters, networking, hardware operations, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling)
- Experience running large-scale compute or infrastructure programs
- Ability to communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership
- Comfort transitioning between individual contributor work and people management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Experience building a team or function from scratch
- Deep expertise across all infrastructure domains (datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling)
