## Required

- 7+ years in enterprise collaboration and digital workplace platforms
- Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Product or service ownership experience in an enterprise setting with roadmap planning and backlog prioritization
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to influence engineering outcomes in a vendor or MSP model
- Experience with legacy collaboration platforms such as Lotus Notes or ShareFile
- Stakeholder leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Vendor management experience including SLA/OLA performance management

## Nice to have

- Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Power Platform)
- Deep expertise in Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with enterprise governance and security patterns
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S) suites
- Experience leading and mentoring other infrastructure vendor managers
- Hands-on Azure AD and PowerShell skills
