## Required

- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience with heavy transport category aircraft
- High School Diploma or GED
- Complex aircraft systems troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and documentation
- Ability to analyze data and make operational decisions
- Available for 30% overnight travel and short-notice aircraft recovery support
- Valid driver's license meeting company insurance standards
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Legal authorization to work in the US

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Management
- Experience with Airbus A320/A321/A220 and/or E190 aircraft
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and team building skills
