## Required

- 7-10+ years product management experience

- Familiarity with SPM platforms like SAP Incentive Management, Varicent, or Xactly
- Experience working with finance and accounting functions
- SOX compliance and financial controls knowledge
- Multi-year product strategy definition and delivery
- Technical fluency with APIs, distributed systems, and data platforms
- Strong business acumen driving growth or platform outcomes
- Cross-functional execution and alignment skills
- Data-driven approach to product decisions
- Undergraduate degree

## Nice to have

- Computer science or engineering degree focus
- MBA
- Experience with AI/ML-driven products in compensation or financial operations space
- Close customer and partner engagement background
