## Summary

This role leads complex workplace investigations across a major software company, examining allegations of discrimination, harassment, compliance violations, and other Code of Conduct breaches. It suits experienced investigators or employment lawyers who can manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with HR and legal teams, and who bring both analytical rigor and interpersonal skill to sensitive situations.

## Required

- 5+ years conducting investigations at a company or equivalent legal/case-management experience
- Ability to conduct investigative interviews and analyze documents objectively
- Strong writing skills for detailed investigation reports
- Critical thinking and analytical ability in complex situations
- Objectivity and ability to recognize personal biases
- Ability to manage multiple cases autonomously and collaboratively
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to travel to other Intuit offices as needed

## Nice to have

- Experience with financial, expense, and compliance investigations
- Experience handling threat management situations
- Licensed lawyer or employment law background
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or countries
- Formal certification from AWI, ACFE, or similar organization
