## Required

- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build genuine customer connections
- Passion for service and achieving sales goals
- At least 16 hours per week availability (3 peak days or 2 peak days + 2 non-peak days)
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to follow dress code including wearing Rothy's shoes during shifts
- 18 years of age or older
