## Required

- 8-10 years of hands-on offensive security and penetration testing experience
- Expertise in AI/ML security including LLMs, inference architectures, and agentic frameworks
- Production code shipping experience in Go, Python, or Rust
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD environments
- Deep understanding of application security vulnerabilities and distributed system design
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional security initiatives
- Strong communication skills with technical and executive audiences

## Nice to have

- Public contributions to offensive or AI security research (talks, blogs, tooling, CVEs)
- Experience building internal red team or adversary simulation programs
- Background in high-performance computing or AI infrastructure
- Experience designing policy-as-code frameworks at scale
