## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech market access, trade, distribution, or commercial roles
- Demonstrated experience leading distribution strategy and/or trade operations across multiple products
- Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical distribution networks (wholesale, specialty distribution, specialty pharmacy)
- Working knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit models including buy-and-bill
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
- Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management

- Experience with rare, specialty, or complex therapeutic areas
- Familiarity with evolving policy and regulatory considerations impacting distribution
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills
