- Experience owning roadmaps and prioritization for complex platforms
- Partnership experience with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and priorities
- Proven cross-functional stakeholder management and communication

## Nice to have

- Experience with platform capabilities such as mobile app platforms, app store requirements, feature flags, CMS, observability, or shared services
- Experience with PCI-adjacent processes, privacy, security requirements, accessibility standards, or compliance-driven product work
- Experience managing platform vendors and tooling evaluations in QSR, retail, e-commerce, or high-scale B2C environments
- Hands-on experience building analytics products, including embedded analytics and front-end-to-data architecture
