## Required

- BS/MS in EE, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on systems test and validation engineering
- Hands-on systems quality and reliability engineering experience
- Competence with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers)
- Experience with reliability tests (HTOL) and quality tests (Burn in)
- Knowledge of PCB and system-level test and debug
- Ability to manage factory floor partners for RMA/FA activities

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of FA techniques and tools (FIB, SEM, TDR, VNA, CSAM)
- Strong knowledge of fault isolation techniques (OBIRCH, DLS/LADA, LVP, LVI)
- Proficiency with high-speed interfaces (SerDes, PCIe, DDR)
