## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 5+ years directly relevant PLM experience
- 5+ years administering PLM systems, ideally PTC Windchill
- Knowledge of formal Engineering Change Procedures
- Understanding of PLM configurations and best practices
- Experience with CAD/CAE tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or Keysight
- Experience supporting ERP or MES systems like Microsoft D365 and Aegis
- Windows and Linux proficiency
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation with effective communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of software installation on Windows and Linux
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance

## Nice to have

- 5+ years hands-on PTC Windchill experience in aerospace or defense
- Scripting/automation skills in Python, Shell, or Java
- Experience in regulated environments such as ITAR, DoD, or FAA
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear information
- Passion for space and advanced technology
- PCB design tool familiarity (Zuken, Altium Designer)
