- Or combination of relevant experience and graduate education
- Current or former Federal employee meeting time-in-grade requirements for the target grade
- Reside within 50 miles of a VA Medical Center

## Nice to have

- SFT Preceptor certification
- 3-5 years of TELE-EYE imaging experience
