## Required

- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years building and testing hardware in manufacturing
- Authoring work instructions and process procedures for complex assemblies
- Interface with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel
- Execute and drive projects in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturing principles

## Nice to have

- 3+ years building and testing hardware in manufacturing
- Combustion Device design or manufacturing experience
- Experience scaling from development to high-rate production
