## Required

- 10+ years of progressive HR business partner experience
- At least 5 years in GTM roles within fast-moving, high-growth tech
- Track record partnering with VP and C-level leaders on talent strategy and organizational design with measurable outcomes
- Experience scaling enterprise sales organizations
- 3-5 years leading a team of People Partners or HR professionals across global regions
- Hands-on management of complex employee relations matters including investigations, corrective action, and separations
- Strong written and verbal communication, business acumen, and change management experience
- Active use of AI tools with specific examples of use cases and productivity impact

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting international GTM teams in EMEA or APAC
- Ability to operate effectively within a Center of Excellence model
- Comfort in fast-moving environments with ambiguous problems and organizational changes
- Familiarity with Pendo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tooling
- Prior experience building manager development programs or retention frameworks
- Workday proficiency including data pulling and report generation
