- 5+ years of design experience working with materials, trims, design and fit
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate

- Comprehensive understanding of textile science
- Comprehensive understanding of apparel trims
- Ability to create mood boards and design presentations
- Ability to translate consumer insights into product solutions
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Portland, Oregon
- Creative design portfolio required for application
