## Required

- PhD or advanced degree in life sciences (cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, oncology, or related field)
- Understanding of biopharma R&D workflows
- Experience in biopharma, biotech, or translational research environment
- Ability to engage credibly with senior scientific stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical applications or strategies
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Ability to assess opportunities and define use cases
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel overnight 30-40%

## Nice to have

- Experience in spatial biology, advanced imaging, or cell-based assay workflows
- Translational research, biomarker development, or early drug discovery background
- Customer-facing roles such as field applications, scientific support, consulting, or technical sales
