## Required

- 9+ years of professional development experience

- Experience deploying and managing medium to large-scale architectures (Kubernetes or Docker)
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and troubleshooting
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing technical role
- Passion for helping developers
- Experience working with remote teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fact-based decision making approach

## Nice to have

- Background in professional services, solutions architecture, or customer engineering
- Security certificate management and implementation experience
- Ability to translate use cases into Temporal architecture decisions
- Experience with EKS, GKE, OpenTracing, or Ansible
