- Experience with commercial disputes, pre-litigation matters, arbitration, and litigation
- Strategic negotiation and deal structuring ability
- Systems thinking and process design for scalability

- Supply chain legal issues, tariffs, and international transaction experience
- Financial analysis and commercial term evaluation skills
- Contract lifecycle management (CLM) system implementation experience
