- Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of HR experience including leadership roles at scale, OR Master's/PhD/PharmD and 14+ years of HR experience including leadership roles
- HR leadership experience in healthcare, biopharma, or life sciences preferred
- Experience building and leading talent acquisition teams
- Ability to lead distributed and matrixed teams globally
- Business partner experience working with senior executives
