## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years experience on aerospace, spacecraft, launch vehicle, defense, or aviation hardware programs
- Demonstrated experience performing and documenting hardware inspections and torque-controlled mechanical operations
- Direct experience with electrical connectors, harnesses, or flight-like electrical interfaces including continuity verification
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly procedures, ICDs, specifications, and test procedures
- Familiarity with configuration management and documentation in regulated engineering environments
- Understanding of mechanical assembly techniques, hardware verification, and engineering quality standards
- Ability to work hands-on in cleanroom and launch site environments
- Willingness to travel to launch sites and support extended-duration campaigns
- Ability to obtain and maintain required site access and training certifications

## Nice to have

- Direct launch-site experience supporting spacecraft or launch vehicle integration campaigns
- Experience with spacecraft mechanisms, deployment systems, separation hardware, or release systems
- Familiarity with launch vehicle mechanical and electrical interface verification
- Experience with disconnect systems, umbilical interfaces, or launch support hardware
- Knowledge of electrical test techniques including insulation resistance testing
- Understanding of pyrotechnic or ordnance systems and associated safety protocols
- Experience with aerospace structures and launch integration industry standards
- Experience supporting flight hardware through environmental testing or launch operations
- Knowledge of quality management systems and nonconformance processes
