- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training experience
- 5+ years of adult learning and education program experience
- 5+ years of personnel management experience
- Manned and/or unmanned aviation experience as operator, pilot, flight engineer, or mechanic
- Ability to obtain or hold Active Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Clean driving record
- Valid U.S. Passport
- Travel availability up to 80% (domestic and international)
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and traverse uneven terrain
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
