- 7+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of AI platform sales experience in both cloud and on-prem environments
- Deep understanding of forecasting processes and methodologies
- Confirmed history of driving substantial enterprise business growth
- Ability to provide thought leadership and communicate vision strategically
- Ability to achieve results with a distributed team

## Nice to have

- 5+ years of product forecasting experience at significant scale
- 3+ years of complex product positioning experience to global sales teams
- Understanding of Agentic and Physical AI workflows
- Previous experience successfully selling to and growing business with Enterprises
